ABOUT WILDFLOUR

Wildflour Bake Shop is a home bakery in Oakland, Michigan operating under Michigan's Cottage Food Law.​

As an environmental scientist turned baker, the name "Wildflour" was the perfect melding of my love of nature and my love of baking. ​

I think that from-scratch baking is the most delicious, so that's all I do! No mixes, no artificial colors or flavors. I exclusively use organic flour, butter, eggs, and sugar. Using ingredients that are local, organic, ethical, sustainable, and in-season is important to me.​

For now, Wildflour Bake Shop has one "drop" per week. Online orders are opened on Monday morning, and close Thursday evening for porch pickup on Saturday in Oakland, Michigan. All products are pre-ordered, so every recipe is handcrafted just for you!
