About Wildflour

Wildflour Bake Shop is a home bakery located in Oakland, Michigan. As an environmental scientist turned baker, the name "Wildflour" was the perfect melding of my love of nature and my love of baking. ​

 

I think from-scratch baking is the most delicious, so that's all I do! No mixes, and no artificial colors or flavors. I use only organic flour, butter, eggs, and sugar. Using ingredients that are local, organic, ethical, sustainable, and in-season is important to me.

Wildflour Bake Shop has one "drop" per week. Online orders are opened on Monday morning, and close Thursday evening for porch pickup on Saturday in Oakland, Michigan.
